RELATECH: CONSOLIDATED ORDER BACKLOG UP 89% TO EURO 12.3 MILLION
Milan, 28 th July 2021
Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), announces that, today, the Company's Board of Directors reviewed the order backlog as of June 30, 2021, unaudited data.
The Group's orders at consolidated level amounted to Euro 12.3 million, up by around 89% compared to Euro 6.5 million as of June 30, 2020.
The orders deriving from foreign customers stood at 55% of the Group's backlog and amounted to approximately Euro 6.8 million. Orders from new customers amounted to approximately Euro 1.2 million, representing 10% of the backlog.
Pasquale Lambardi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Relatech, said: "We are very satisfied with the results achieved in this first half of 2021. The Group has been able to expand the order backlog both through the contribution of the newly acquired companies and through internal growth. Satisfying is also the share of orders from international customers, 59% of the order backlog if we consider the perimeter without Dialog Sistemi and Gruppo SIGLA. The Company aims strongly to increase its capillarity abroad and to achieve an increasing recurrence, factors that allow the Group to position itself as a digital player of reference at national level and to facilitate the start of the internationalization process, which is one of the main challenges of the Group in the medium-long term".
