Gas Plus S.p.A.: updated 2021 financial calendar

Milan, 30 July 2021 – pursuant to Section 2.6.2, Paragraph 1, letter b), of the Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Markets Rules ("Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A."), Gas Plus S.p.A informs about the updating of the 2021 financial calendar, lastly published on 12 April 2021.

Specifically, the Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the half-yearly report as at 30 June 2021 set for 5 August 2021 is postponed to 9 September 2021.

The company will convene the meeting in compliance with the law and regulatory provisions, and their relevant requirements.

Conference calls for the presentation of the accounting data to the financial community will be held afterwards the above-mentioned Board of Directors' meeting. Any amendment to the above calendar will be promptly disclosed.
