El.En. S.p.A.: SHARE CAPITAL ISSUED AND FULLY PAID-UP

Florence, August 2nd 2021 – Pursuant to art. 85-bis of the Issuers' Regulations and art. IA.2.3.4 of the Instructions of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the composition of the share capital of El.En. is communicated. S.p.A..

Following the press release of 26 July 2021 and as a consequence to today's execution of the elimination of the express nominal value and the splitting of the shares and following the exercise by a beneficiary of the 2016- 2025 Stock Option Plan of the options assigned to him for the subscription of newly issued ordinary shares, and pursuant to which the company issued in the period between 20th July 2021 and 30th July 2021, 1200 ordinary shares (no. 300 before splitting) for a nominal amount of euro 39.00, the share capital amounts to euro 2,590,885.18 equal to 79,719,544 ordinary shares.

The statement relating to the new amount of the share capital accompanied by the updated articles of association was filed for registration in the Florence Companies Register today.
