Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 26 July – 30 July 2021

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 02 August 2021

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 26 July and 30 July 2021 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20April 2021 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 6,815 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.021% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 2.1516 per share, for a total of Euro 14,663.37.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 26 July and 30 July 2021 are enclosed.
