COMPLETED THE BUY BACK PROGRAM SERVING THE MANAGEMENT INCENTIVE PLAN

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PURCHASES MADE BETWEEN AUGUST 2nd and 4th, 2021

Rome, August 4 th , 2021 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue" or the "Company") announces that the buyback program launched on July 1 st , 2021, has been completed, with the purchase of the maximum number of 500,000 own shares relating to the resolution passed by the Board of Directors on June 17th , 2021 (following the authorization obtained by the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 29th, 2021).

In particular, between August 2 nd and 4 th, 2021, it has acquired, on the Mercato Telematico Azionario organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("MTA"), 27,611 own shares at a volume-weighted average price of Euro 9.7276 per share for a total consideration of Euro 268,589.

The transaction follows up on the announcement on June 18th, 2021, concerning the start of a share buyback program (the "Program"), implementing the authorization granted by the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 29 th, 2021, and resolved to serve the management incentive plan 2021.

On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary engaged to execute the purchases, the following table summarizes, in daily and aggregate form, doValue ordinary shares' purchases carried out by the intermediary during the period indicated above.

Since the beginning of the Program, doValue has acquired 500,000 own shares (equal to 0.625% of the share capital), for a total consideration of Euro 4,575,848. Considering the treasury shares already owned, doValue holds, as of August 4 th, 2021, a total of 972,339 treasury shares, equal to 1.22% of the share capital.
