INTESA SANPAOLO: FILING NOTICE
Turin - Milan, 13 September 2021 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that, in accordance with the regulations in force, the report to shareholders on the proposals concerning the item on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened, on single call, for 14 October 2021 was made available today at the Company's Registered Office, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE and at group.intesasanpaolo.com.
The report to shareholders relates to:
Resolutions regarding reserves:
- a) distribution of part of Extraordinary reserve for the 2020 results
- b) placing of a tax suspension constraint on part of the Share premium reserve, following the tax realignment of certain intangible assets.
With reference to letter a), the Financial Information as at 30 June 2021 regarding Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. was made available today in the same modality as the document above.
