Continua lo sviluppo del settore delle piattaforme digitali a livello internazionale per il gruppo Mondo TV

17 settembre 2021 - Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica di aver sottoscritto con Oznoz Entertainment Ltd., società con sede a Vancouver (https://video.oznoz.com/aboutoznoz) e nuovo cliente per il gruppo Mondo TV, un contratto di licenza e distribuzione in Canada di Invention Story e altri programmi della library di Mondo TV. La licenza ha ad oggetto i diritti SVOD per la distribuzione dei programmi licenziati su piattaforme digitali in Canada per un periodo di 2 anni.

La licenza prevede il pagamento di un importo c.d. di "minimo garantito", interessante ancorché non significativo, e prevede soprattutto il pagamento di royalties sulla base del traffico generato in Canada dalle visualizzazioni degli episodi della serie.

MONDO TV: new agreement in Canada for the SVOD exploitation of Invention Story and other library programs on a digital platform

The development of the digital platform at international level continues by the group Mondo TV

17 September 2021 - Mondo TV S.p.A. announces that it has signed with Oznoz Entertainment Ltd., a company based in Vancouver (https://video.oznoz.com/aboutoznoz) and new customer for the Mondo TV group, a license and distribution agreement in Canada for Invention Story and other programs from the Mondo TV library. The license concerns the SVOD rights for the distribution of the licensed programs on digital platforms in Canada for a period of 2 years.

The license provides for the payment of a " minimum guarantee", interesting although not significant, and above all provides for the payment of royalties on the basis of the traffic generated in Canada by the views of the episodes of the series.

Mondo TV, listed in the Star segment of Borsa Italiana, is the holding company of a Group made up of four more companies; the Group is a leader in Italy and among the primary European operators in the production and distribution of television series and cartoon films for TV and the cinema, and is active in the related sectors (audiovisual and musical distribution, licensing, media, publishing and merchandising).
