Saipem: modifica del calendario finanziario – risultati trimestrali al 30 settembre 2021 e Capital Markets Day

San Donato Milanese (MI), 21 settembre 2021 – Saipem informa che il Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'esame dei dati trimestrali al 30 settembre 2021 è stato anticipato al 27 ottobre 2021 in luogo del 28 ottobre 2021, data precedentemente comunicata al mercato.

Il relativo comunicato stampa sarà emesso il 28 ottobre 2021.

La presentazione dei risultati trimestrali via Conference Call & Webcast avrà luogo nell'ambito del Capital Markets Day, che si terrà il 28 ottobre 2021, nel quale il management presenterà il nuovo piano strategico.

Saipem: changes to the financial calendar – Third quarter 2021 financial results at September 30, 2021 and Capital Markets Day

San Donato Milanese (Italy), September 21, 2021 – Saipem informs that the date of the Board of Directors' meeting called to approve the results for the quarter ending September 30, 2021, will be held on October 27, 2021, and not on October 28, 2021, as previously communicated to the market.

The press release announcing the results will be issued on October 28, 2021.

The Conference Call & Webcast on the third quarter results will be held as part of the Capital Markets Day organized by the Company on October 28, 2021, in which the management will present the new strategic plan.
