Cagliari, September 24, 2021

Tiscali S.p.A. announces that the Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the half-yearly financial report as at June 30, 2021, initially scheduled for September 24, will be postponed to October 8, 2021 in order to complete the formalisation of the new agreements with the banks.
