MONDO TV: Nasce Mondo TV Studios a Tenerife

Completato il procedimento di fusione tra la Mondo TV Iberoamerica e Mondo TV Producciones Canarias

1 ottobre 2021 – Facendo seguito al comunicato del 26 maggio 2021, Mondo TV informa che si è completato positivamente il processo di fusione inversa tra le controllate spagnole Mondo TV iberoamerica e Mondo TV Producciones Canarias, avviato appunto nel mese di maggio di quest'anno.

Con il completamento della fusione nasce la nuova entità che opererà con il nome di Mondo TV Studios S.A. e che avrà sede a Tenerife.

Si rammenta che la fusione persegue i seguenti obiettivi:

• (i) Ottimizzazione delle sinergie tra le due entità confluite nella nuova Mondo TV Studios;
• (ii) Migliore efficienza delle rispettive attività sfruttando le conseguenti economie di scala;
• (iii) Significativa riduzione dei costi operativi e di struttura;
• (iv) Raggiungimento di migliori offerte e migliori opzioni di marketing per i propri prodotti.

MONDO TV: Mondo TV Studios is born in Tenerife

The merger process between Mondo TV Iberoamerica and Mondo TV Producciones Canarias has been completed

1 October 2021 - Following the press release dated May 26, 2021, Mondo TV informs that the reverse merger process between the Spanish subsidiaries Mondo TV iberoamerica and Mondo TV Producciones Canarias, started in May of this year, has been completed.

With the completion of the merger, a new entity is born which will operate under the name of Mondo TV Studios S.A. and which will be based in Tenerife.

It is recalled that the merger pursues the following objectives:

(i) Optimization of the synergies between the two entities merged into the new Mondo TV Studios;

(ii) Improved efficiency of the respective activities by exploiting the resulting economies of scale;

(iii) Significant reduction in operating and structure costs;

(iv) Achieving better offers and better marketing options for their products.
