Generali confirms the payment of the second tranche of the 2019 dividend

Milan - At a meeting today chaired by Gabriele Galateri di Genola, the Assicurazioni Generali Board of Directors verified - as anticipated at the Annual General Meeting held on 29 April 2021 - the actual absence, as of today, of impeding supervisory provisions or recommendations regarding the payment of the second tranche of the 2019 dividend, which will be payable as of 20 October 2021. The shares will be traded exdividend as of 18 October 2021, with the date of entitlement to receive the dividend on 19 October 2021.
