Rome, 7 October 2021 - According to applicable law and regulations, you are hereby no tified that the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting held on 30 September 2021 concerning the approval of the merger by incorporation of Vitrociset S.p.A., directly and wholly owned by the Company, into Leonardo, are available at the Company's head office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company's website (www.leonardocompany.com, Corporate Governance section / Extraordinary Operations) and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage ().
