TISCALI SIGNED A SENIOR DEBT RESTRUCTURING AGREEMENT WITH BANCA INTESA AND BANCO BPM

• New maturity of the senior debt as at 31 March 2026, with a grace period to March 2023
• Consequent strengthening of the financial structure of the company
• Resources released for the implementation of the New 2021– 2024 Business Plan

Cagliari, October 7, 2021

The company announces it signed a restructuring agreement with Intesa San Paolo and Banco BPM on the Group medium- and long-term senior debt.

The main elements of the senior debt restructuring agreement are as follows:

• Extending the maturity of the debt as at 31 March 2026, with with a grace period to March 2023 and the consequent strengthening of the financial structure;
• New repayment plan in six-monthly rates, in March and September of each year defined as follows:
• a total of approximately EUR 5.75 million in 2023;
• a total of approximately EUR 13.75 million in 2024;
• a total of approximately EUR 17 million in 2025;
• balance of the residual debt to be paid in full on 31 March 2026;

"The signing of these agreements, in conjunction with the realisation of the EUR 21 million convertible bond with professional investor Nice&Green, represents a further fundamental step in the direction of strengthening the Tiscali financial structure, which combined with the important opportunities offered by the PNRR, provide a solid basis for implementing the new industrial plan approved last September," declared Renato Soru, CEO of Tiscali.
