Milan, 11 October 2021. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH" or the "Company") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622), the cloud computing provider of Southeast Europe, announces today the restart of the share buyback program, previously authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting of April 28th, 2021.
DHH will communicate to the market the details of the purchases made on a weekly basis.
As of today, the Company owns 178.669 treasury shares, corresponding to 3,65% of the Company's share capital.
