SABAF SALE AL 100% DEL CAPITALE DI A.R.C. S.R.L.

Si comunica che Sabaf S.p.A. ha perfezionato l'acquisto del 30% del capitale di A.R.C. s.r.l. dal signor Loris Gasparini, in esecuzione dell'accordo che era stato sottoscritto tra le parti nel 2016, quando Sabaf aveva acquisito il 70% di A.R.C.. Il corrispettivo è stato pari a 1.650.000 euro.

Loris Gasparini continuerà a mantenere il ruolo di Amministratore Delegato di A.R.C..

A.R.C. s.r.l., con sede a Campodarsego (Padova), è attiva nella produzione di bruciatori a gas per il settore della cottura professionale e per applicazioni di alto di gamma nel settore della cottura domestica e semiprofessionale. La società prevede di chiudere il 2021 con vendite di circa 6,3 milioni di euro, in crescita di oltre il 50% rispetto al 2020.

SABAF RISES TO 100% OF THE CAPITAL OF A.R.C. S.R.L.

Sabaf S.p.A. announces that it has completed the acquisition of 30% of the share capital of A.R.C. s.r.l. from Mr Loris Gasparini, in execution of the agreement signed in 2016, when Sabaf had acquired the 70% of A.R.C. The consideration for the transaction was € 1,650,000.

Loris Gasparini will keep the role of Chief Executive Officer in A.R.C.

A.R.C. s.r.l., based in Campodarsego (Padua, Italy), is active in the production of gas burners for the professional cooking sector and for high-end appliances in the domestic and semi-professional cooking sector. The company expects to close 2021 with sales of € 6.3 mn, up by more than 50% compared to 2020.
