GAROFALO HEALTH CARE S.P.A.: LUIGI CELENTANO, CFO DEL GRUPPO, NOMINATO DIRIGENTE PREPOSTO ALLA REDAZIONE DEI DOCUMENTI CONTABILI SOCIETARI

Roma, 28 ottobre 2021 – Garofalo Health Care S.p.A. ("GHC"), quotata sul segmento Euronext STAR di Borsa Italiana, facendo seguito a quanto comunicato in data 11 ottobre 2021, informa che in data odierna il Consiglio di Amministrazione, in conformità con l'articolo 38 dello Statuto sociale e previo parere favorevole del Collegio Sindacale, ha nominato il Dott. Luigi Celentano quale Dirigente Preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari ai sensi dell'art. 154-bis del D. Lgs. 58/98. La nomina avrà efficacia dal 1° novembre 2021.

Il Dott. Luigi Celentano, in GHC sin dall'IPO e attuale Chief Financial Officer di Gruppo, vanta una significativa e consolidata esperienza in ambito finanziario e corporate, maturata in aziende italiane leader di settore e grandi multinazionali.

Il Dott. Celentano ha infatti lavorato per quasi 10 anni presso Italo Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori S.p.A. ricoprendo ruoli di crescente responsabilità, prima come Responsabile Pianificazione e Controllo (tra il 2008 e il 2014) e quindi come Responsabile Finanza (tra il 2014 e il 2018).

In precedenza, tra il 2000 e il 2008, il Dott. Celentano ha ricoperto il ruolo di Finance Manager presso uno dei principali impianti produttivi della divisione Ice Cream di Unilever Italia, oltre che presso l'headquarter italiano della multinazionale.

Il Dott. Celentano è laureato in Economia e Commercio presso l'Università Federico II di Napoli ed ha conseguito un Master in materia di principi contabili internazionali frequentando corsi tenuti presso l'Università di Borås in Svezia, l'Università di Gent in Belgio e la stessa Federico II di Napoli.

In conformità a quanto richiesto dalle Istruzioni al Regolamento dei Mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana si informa che il Dott. Celentano è titolare di n. 2.000 azioni GHC.

GAROFALO HEALTH CARE S.P.A.: LUIGI CELENTANO, GROUP CFO, APPOINTED EXECUTIVE OFFICER FOR FINANCIAL REPORTING

Rome, October 28, 2021 - Garofalo Health Care S.p.A. ("GHC"), listed on the Euronext STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, following on from that announced on October 11, 2021, announces that the Board of Directors today, as per Article 38 of the By-Laws and following the issue of a favourable opinion by the Board of Statutory Auditors, has appointed Mr. Luigi Celentano as Executive Officer for Financial Reporting as per Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree 58/98. The appointment will be effective November 1, 2021.

Mr. Luigi Celentano, at GHC since the IPO and current Group Chief Financial Officer, has significant and consolidated experience in the financial and corporate field, gained at leading Italian companies and large multinationals.

Mr. Celentano has in fact worked for almost 10 years at Italo Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori S.p.A., covering roles of increasing responsibility, first as Planning and Control Manager (between 2008 and 2014) and then as Finance Manager (between 2014 and 2018).

Previously, between 2000 and 2008, Mr. Celentano held the role of Finance Manager at one of the main production plants of the Ice Cream division of Unilever Italy, as well as at the Italian headquarters of the multinational.

Mr. Celentano has a degree in Economics from the University Federico II of Naples and a Master's degree in International Accounting Standards, taking courses at the University of Borås in Sweden, the University of Ghent in Belgium and the University Federico II of Naples.

In compliance with the Instructions to the Regulations of Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, it is communicated that Mr. Celentano holds 2,000 GHC shares.
