INTESA SANPAOLO: DBRS MORNINGSTAR REVISES TREND FROM NEGATIVE TO STABLE AND CONFIRMS RATINGS

Turin - Milan, 5 November 2021 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that today DBRS Morningstar has revised the trend on the Bank's long-term and short-term ratings from negative to stable following a similar action on Italy, announced by DBRS Morningstar on 29 October 2021. The Bank's BBB (high) long-term senior preferred (unsecured) rating and its R-1 (low) short-term rating have been confirmed.
