COMUNICAZIONE AI SENSI DELL'ART. 17 DEL REGOLAMENTO EURONEXT GROWTH MILAN
Milano, 17 novembre 2021 – Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. (la "Società" o "IWB") rende noto, ai sensi della Disciplina sulla Trasparenza e dell'art. 17 del Regolamento Euronext Growth Milan degli Emittenti, di aver ricevuto, in data 16 novembre 2021, l'aggiornamento della partecipazione significativa detenuta dall'azionista Otus Capital Management Limited, nell'ambito dell'attività di gestione collettiva del risparmio svolta dal medesimo.
Sulla base delle comunicazioni pervenute dagli azionisti e delle informazioni ad oggi a disposizione della Società, gli azionisti che detengono una partecipazione superiore al 5% del capitale sociale con diritto di voto di IWB risultano essere i seguenti:

NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 17 OF THE EURONEXT GROWTH MILAN REGULATIONS
Milan, 17 November 2021 – Pursuant to the Transparency Provisions and Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Regulations of the Issuers, Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. (the "Company" or "IWB") hereby announces to have received, on 16 November 2021, the update of the significant stakeholding held by the shareholder Otus Capital Management Limited in its capacity as asset manager.
Based on the notifications received from the Shareholders and the information available to the Company to date, the Shareholders with a stake of more than 5% in IWB's share capital with voting rights are as follows:
