The Group will supply a platform for the new reception system of ASST Grande Ospedale Metropolitano Niguarda, one of Italy's largest hospitals and a point of reference for the Milan area

Parma, 23 November 2021

MAPS (MAPS:IM; IT0005364333), an Innovative SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the digital transformation sector, announces that its subsidiary Artexe S.p.A. has on 19th november signed a contract with Azienda Socio-Sanitaria Territoriale Grande Ospedale Metropolitano Niguarda, one of Italy's largest hospitals and point of reference for the Milan area, following the successful award of its bid of Euro 575,000, submitted as part of a Temporary Consortium (RTI) with TapMyLife S.r.l. and Hi.Tech S.p.A.

The five-year agreement, which is renewable for a further 24 months, concerns the new reception project, a multi-service, multi-sport and multi-location computerised platform, consisting of software and hardware for the management of all the information, reception and waiting phases, extended to all the counters, waiting rooms and surgeries of ASST Niguarda.

Throughout the term of the contract, the Aziende Socio Sanitarie Territoriali and the IRCCS Foundations of Milan and province¹ will be able to adhere to the contract for the supply of a hardware and software platform for the new integrated reception system for the management, organisation, addressing and communication of user flows in the various health and administrative services. The maximum estimated value of the contract is Euro 1.9 million, net of VAT and/or other statutory taxes and contributions.

The Group closed 2020 with consolidated revenues of Euro 17.9 million and an EBITDA of Euro 3.4 million. In the last 3 years, MAPS has tripled revenue from proprietary solutions and more than doubled EBITDA. The company is characterised by high levels of recurring revenues: recurring fee revenues represent 28% of consolidated operating revenues in 2020.
