Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 22 November – 26 November 2021

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 29 November 2021

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 22 November and 26 November 2021 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20 April 2021 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 7,500 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.024% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 2.1367 per share, for a total of Euro 16,025.00.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 22 November and 26 November 2021 are enclosed.
