Merger by incorporation of Release S.p.A. into Banco BPM S.p.A.: notice of completed filing of documents

Milan, 30 November 2021 – Further to the press release of 22 October 2021, it is hereby announced that, as of today's date, the Board of Directors' report of 23 November 2021, approving the planned merger by incorporation of Release S.p.A. into Banco BPM S.p.A., pursuant to Article 2505, Section 2, of the Italian Civil Code and Article 24.2.3. of the Articles of Association, is available to the public, in compliance with the legislation in force, at the company's registered office and Borsa Italiana S.p.A., and is published on Banco BPM S.p.A.'s website www.gruppo.bancobpm.it ("Investor Relations > Corporate transactions > 2021 - RELEASE Merger" section) and on the website of the authorised storage mechanism .
