MAPS: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVED THE RENEWAL OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD
Parma, 9 december 2021
The Board of Directors of MAPS (MAPS:IM; IT0005364333), Innovative SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan, active in the digital transformation sector, at a meeting held on 7th December 2021 chaired by Marco Ciscato, approved the renewal of the Supervisory Board, in accordance with art. 6 del D. Lgs. 231/2001, which will remain in office until december 2023. The Supervisory Board will be composed by two external members, Prof. ssa Avv. Désirée Fondaroli e Dott. Umberto Poli, already participating in the previous Supervisory Board, and by one internal member, Avv. Federico Furia.
Federico Furia, is a member of the Legal Office of MAPS S.p.A. He graduated in Law at the University of Parma with 110/110 and is a Phd candidate in Legal Sciences, Criminal Law Department, at the Universities of Parma and Modena & Reggio Emilia - Faculty of Law.

The Group closed 2020 with consolidated revenues of Euro 17.9 million and an EBITDA of Euro 3.4 million. In the last 3 years, MAPS has tripled revenue from proprietary solutions and more than doubled EBITDA. The company is characterised by high levels of recurring revenues: recurring fee revenues represent 28% of consolidated operating revenues in 2020. The Group's organic growth has been accompanied by a significant M&A activity, with the acquisition of IG Consulting (2011), Artexe (2018), Roialty (2019), SCS Computers (2020) and IASI (2021).
