DOVALUE PUBLISHES ITS FIRST SUSTAINABILITY PLAN

Rome, December 16th , 2021 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue", the "Company") announces to have published, within the Sustainable Value Section of the website www.dovalue.it, its first Sustainability Plan 2021-2023 approved by the Company's Board of Directors.

From listening to its Stakeholders and the desire to actively contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable future, is born the Sustainability Plan that will guide the Group towards the achievement of objectives aimed at generating long-term sustainable value for shareholders, investors, employees, customers, and communities.

Economic, social and governance sustainability has always characterised the international growth of doValue Group and the development of a shared culture with all stakeholders: the Sustainability Plan is a milestone in this path started in 2016.

doValue has defined objectives and targets that are expressed in projects and initiatives for the benefit of the territory, the community and the environment that contribute to the sustainable development of the credit system.

Three areas of commitment are consistent with the business strategy and in line with the Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs - of the United Nations 2030 Agenda: 1) operating responsibly, 2) attention to people and 3) care for the environment.

For each of these areas, the Sustainability Plan provides qualitative and quantitative targets on which doValue will measure itself in the next three years. Among them are:

• Promote sustainability along the supply chain
• Favour professional development and personal well-being of employees and collaborators
• Spread a culture of inclusion
• Carry out activities in support of local communities
• Reduce energy consumption
• Promote the use of renewable energy to combat climate change

Along with the Sustainability Plan, doValue publishes its Sustainability Policy, approved by the Board of Directors, which directs the Group's activities, combining the objective of creating sustainable value over time with the care for the environment and the attention to all stakeholders.

Confirming the Group's commitment to adopt the best practices in the interest of its stakeholders, MSCI ESG Ratings has consistently improved its rating from BBB in 2018, to A in 2020 and to AA today, placing doValue among the companies with the best ESG performance in the Diversified Financials sector globally.

The ESG framework of doValue is currently evaluated by Sustainalytics (with a "medium risk" assessment) and by Vigeo Eiris (with a "limited risk" assessment) as well.
