Calendario finanziario 2022

Sabaf S.p.A. rende note le date previste per le prossime riunioni del Consiglio di Amministrazione:

• 10 febbraio 2022, approvazione resoconto intermedio di gestione del quarto trimestre 2021
• 22 marzo 2022, approvazione progetto di bilancio d'esercizio e bilancio consolidato 2021
• 12 maggio 2022, approvazione resoconto intermedio di gestione del primo trimestre 2022
• 4 agosto 2022, approvazione relazione finanziaria semestrale 2022
• 10 novembre 2022, approvazione resoconto intermedio di gestione del terzo trimestre 2022

È previsto che l'Assemblea degli azionisti chiamata ad approvare il bilancio d'esercizio al 31 dicembre 2021 si riunisca in unica convocazione il giorno 28 aprile 2022.

Il management di Sabaf incontrerà la comunità finanziaria nell'ambito degli eventi organizzati da Borsa Italiana per le società del segmento STAR tra il 22 e il 24 marzo 2022, e tra il 27 giugno e il 1 luglio 2022 in occasione dell'Italian Sustainability Week.

I giorni 10 febbraio, 12 maggio, 4 agosto e 10 novembre 2022 alle ore 16,00 il management della Società organizzerà delle conference call per illustrare i risultati di periodo agli analisti finanziari.

Financial Calendar 2022

Sabaf S.p.A. informs that the Board of Directors is expected to meet on the following days during 2021:

• February 10th, approval of 2021 fourth quarter interim report
• March 22th, approval of 2021 draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements
• May 12th, approval of 2022 first quarter interim report
• August 4th, approval of 2022 half year report
• November 10th, approval of 2022 third quarter interim report

The annual general meeting will be called on 28th April 2022 to approve the financial statements as of 31st December 2021.

Sabaf's management will meet the financial community during the conferences organized by Borsa Italiana for STAR companies between 22nd and 24th March 2022, and between 27th June and 1st July 2022 during the Italian Sustainability Week.

On February 10th, May 12th, August 4th and November 10th at 4.00 pm CET the management of the Company will organize a conference call in order to present the quarterly results to the financial analysts.
