(Ticker AIM: "OSA"), PMI innovativa attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, rende noto, ai sensi dell'articolo 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan, il calendario degli eventi societari dell'esercizio 2022:

2022 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Osai Automation System S.p.A. (Ticker AIM: "OSA"), an innovative SME that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces, pursuant to article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, the calendar of corporate events in 2022:

| March 28th 2022 | Board of Directors for the approval of the Company's draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of the Group for the year ending on 31 December 2021 |
| April 26th 2022 | Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Company's financial statements as at 31 December 2021 and the presentation of the Company's consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2021 on first call, and on 27 April 2022, for any second call |
| September 30th 2022 | Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated half-yearly financial report of the Company as at 30 June 2022 voluntarily subjected to a limited audit. |
