FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2022

Rome, January 11th, 2022 – In compliance with existing regulation, doValue S.p.A. announces the financial calendar for 2022.

The following events are scheduled:

•	February 17th, 2022	Publication of key consolidated economic and financial indicators as of December 31st, 2021
•	March 17th, 2022	Approval of the Annual Report as of December 31st , 2021
•	April 28th, 2022	Shareholders' Meeting to approve the consolidated and statutory financial statements as of December 31st , 2021
•	May 12th, 2022	Approval of the Interim Report as of March 31st , 2022

• August 3rd, 2022 Approval of the Semi-annual Report as of June 30th , 2022
• November 10th, 2022 Approval of the Interim Report as of September 30th , 2022

Conference calls with investors and financial analysts will be held after the Board of Directors meetings scheduled for February, May, August, and November. Any change to the abovementioned dates will be timely communicated to the market.

It should also be noted that the Company's Capital Markets Day will be held on January 26th, 2022.
