Throughout the year 2022, the Company may participate to the STAR events organized by Borsa Italiana – Euronext Group.
Pursuant to article 2.2.3 paragraph 3, letter a) of the Regulation of Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana – Euronext Group, the Company informs that it will exercise the right not to publish the report relating to the fourth quarter of 2022 and the draft of Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31 December 2022, as well as the additional documentation pursuant to
article 154-ter, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 58/98, will be made available to the public within 90 days from the end of the 2022.
The Company will publish the Interim Management Reports according to the provisions of art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, letter f) of the Regulation of Organized Markets Managed by Borsa Italiana – Euronext Group
