Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 10 January – 14 January 2022

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 17 January 2022

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 10 January and 14 January 2022 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20April 2021 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 10,500 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.033% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 2.0880 per share, for a total of Euro 21,923.50.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 10 January and 14 January 2022 are enclosed.
