FIERA MILANO: PRECISAZIONI IN RELAZIONE ALLE NOTIZIE PUBBLICATE DAGLI ORGANI DI STAMPA

Milano, 25 gennaio 2022. In riferimento alle notizie pubblicate da alcuni organi di stampa, Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" e/o la "Società") conferma che sono in corso una serie di approfondite analisi da parte del management e di advisor, per configurare una ipotesi di partnership tra la Società e Fiere di Parma.

A tale riguardo, si precisa che allo stato attuale la potenziale operazione non è ancora stata oggetto di delibera approvativa da parte degli organi delle rispettive società in quanto sono ancora in corso le opportune verifiche circa la fattibilità della stessa.

La Società continuerà a monitorare l'informazione e se ne darà comunicazione secondo le norme applicabili.

FIERA MILANO: CLARIFICATIONS ON NEWS PUBLISHED BY MEDIA

Milan, 25 January 2022. In relation to reports appeared in the press, Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" and/or the "Company") confirms that a series of in-depth analyses are underway by the management and advisors, to set up a potential partnership between the Company and Fiere di Parma.

In this regard, it should be noted that at present the potential transaction has not yet been subject to resolution by the Corporate Bodies of the respective companies as the appropriate checks are still in progress regarding the feasibility of the deal.

The Company will continue to monitor the information and any updates shall be announced appropriately according to the applicable rules.
