2022 Corporate Events Calendar
Verona, 27 January 2022 - In compliance with article 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., following the press release of 30 January 2017, Banco BPM S.p.A. herewith announces its calendar of corporate events for the year 2022, as specified below:
| 8 February 2022 | Approval of the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the year 2021 |

| 7 April 2022 | Shareholders' Meeting |
| 5 May 2022 | Approval of additional periodic information as at 31 March 2022 |
| 4 August 2022 | Approval of half-year report as at 30 June 2022 |
| 8 November 2022 | Approval of additional periodic information as at 30 September 2022 |
Pursuant to article 12.1 of the company articles of association, the Board of Directors has specified that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be convened in the city of Novara.
