FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2022

Trezzo sull'Adda (MI), 21 January 2022 – The Board of Directors of Cofle S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Cofle") leading company in the design, production and worldwide marketing of control systems and control cables for the off-road, automotive and after market automotive sectors – met today and approved, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Regulation, the dates of the main events of the financial calendar for the year 2022.

30 MARCH 2022	Board of Directors for the approval of the 2021 financial year turnover
29 APRIL 2022	Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the 2021 financial year turnover
29 SEPTEMBER 2022	Board of Directors for the approval of the Half-yearly financial report at June 30, 2022
