FINCANTIERI: APPROVAL OF THE CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR FOR 2022

Rome, January 31, 2022 – The Board of Directors of FINCANTIERI S.p.A., convened on January 31, 2022 under the chairmanship of Giampiero Massolo, has approved the annual calendar of corporate events for the year 2022 as follows:

March 8, 2022	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the draft financial statements of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. and of the Consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2021
Date between April 27 and May 20, 2022	Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the financial statements of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. at December 31, 2021
May 10, 2022	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the interim financial information for the first quarter of 2022
July 26, 2022	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the half-year financial report at June 30, 2022
November 8, 2022	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the interim financial information for the first nine months of 2022

The conference calls related to the approval of the interim financial results and the interim financial information will be held either on the same day or on the day following the approval by the Board of Directors. The details regarding each conference call will be communicated in due time.

Pursuant to the reporting obligations set forth in the Instructions to the Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (Title IA.2, Section IA.2.1, Article IA.2.1.3), with reference to the distribution of dividend for the Financial Year 2021, if any, the coupon detachment month will be June 2022. This information cannot be interpreted or considered in any way as a forecast on the occurrence of the requirements for the distribution of dividends relating to the 2021 Financial Year or the following years.

The calendar of corporate events for 2022 is available online at www.fincantieri.com.

The market will be promptly notified of any amendments to the above calendar.
