2 febbraio 2022: Mondo TV, società quotata al segmento Star di Borsa Italiana, precisa che il calendario degli eventi societari per l'esercizio 2022 pubblicato in data 31 gennaio 2022 ha riportato per errore materiale che l'assemblea del 29 aprile sarà chiamata per approvazione del bilancio d'esercizio e bilancio consolidato al 31 dicembre 2021 e nomina CdA, mentre sarà chiamata solo per approvazione del bilancio d'esercizio e bilancio consolidato al 31 dicembre 2021.

Mondo TV: Company's events calendar 2022 – errata corrige

2 February 2022: Mondo TV, listed on Star segment of Borsa Italiana, precised that the calendar of corporate events for the financial year 2022 published on January 31, 2022 incorrectly reported that the shareholders' meeting of April 29 is called for approval of the balance sheet and consolidated balance sheet as of 31 December 2021 and appointment of the BoD, while it will only be called for approval of the approval of the balance sheet and consolidated balance sheet as of 31 December 2021.
