Mondo TV amplia l'accordo di licensing con Faba sulla property di terzi "The Gruffalo"

L'ampliamento riguarda sia l'ambito territoriale, con l'estensione alla Spagna, che il numero di properties

3 febbraio 2022 – Mondo TV, uno dei maggiori produttori e distributori europei di contenuti animati, ha annunciato di aver raggiunto un accordo con Faba S.r.l. (già Maikii Srl) per l'ampliamento del contratto di licensing sulla property "The Gruffalo" chiuso in data 31 marzo 2020 (cfr. comunicato stampa in pari data). L'ampliamento riguarda sia l'ambito territoriale, con l'inclusione della Spagna, che il numero di properties oggetto della licenza.

Come già l'accordo originario, anche il nuovo accordo prevede il pagamento di un ammontare c.d. minimo garantito, e royalties dopo il supero del suddetto minimo garantito.

L'accordo, sebbene l'importo del minimo garantito non sia in sé significativo, conferma i buoni risultati raggiunti dalla property "The Gruffalo".

Mondo TV widens the licensing agreement with Faba on the third-party property "The Gruffalo"

The widening concerns both the territorial scope, with the extension to Spain, and the number of properties

February 3, 2022 - Mondo TV, one of the largest European producers and distributors of animated content, has announced that it has reached an agreement with Faba S.r.l. (formerly Maikii Srl) for the widening of the licensing agreement on the property "The Gruffalo" closed on March 31, 2020 (see press release on the same date). The widening concerns both the territorial scope, with the inclusion of Spain, and the number of properties covered by the license.

Like the original agreement, the new agreement also provides for the payment of a socalled minimum guaranteed amount, and royalties after exceeding the aforementioned minimum guarantee.

The agreement, although the amount of the minimum guarantee is not significant in itself, confirms the good results achieved by the property "The Gruffalo".
