FinecoBank, facendo seguito al Comunicato Stampa diffuso in data 9 febbraio u.s., comunica che il nuovo testo dello Statuto sociale, modificato all'articolo 5, comma 1, nonché l'estratto del verbale notarile del Consiglio di Amministrazione del 9 febbraio 2022 che ha deliberato in ordine alla predetta modifica statutaria relativa ai piani di incentivazione, sono a disposizione presso la sede sociale, pubblicati sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.finecobank.com, nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" gestito da Spafid Connect S.p.A. ().
Lo Statuto è stato iscritto nel Registro delle Imprese di Milano Monza Brianza Lodi in data 11 febbraio 2022.
