Saipem: variazione del calendario finanziario 2022
San Donato Milanese (Mi), 15 febbraio 2022 - Con riferimento al calendario finanziario pubblicato il 17 gennaio 2022, a valle di quanto comunicato dalla Società il 31 gennaio 2022 e successivamente alla riorganizzazione societaria del 4 febbraio 2022, la Società informa che è impegnata nella revisione del Piano Strategico 2022-2025 presentato il 28 ottobre 2021, che sarà sottoposto all'approvazione del Consiglio di Amministrazione il 15 marzo 2022, in occasione della riunione consiliare che esaminerà per l'approvazione anche il bilancio consolidato e civilistico 2021 e la manovra finanziaria.
Il 23 febbraio 2022 il Consiglio di Amministrazione esaminerà per l'approvazione i dati consolidati adjusted di preconsuntivo 2021 e, in particolare, ricavi, EBITDA, EBIT e posizione finanziaria netta e le linee guida della revisione del Piano Strategico 2022-2025. La Società emetterà il relativo comunicato stampa in data 24 febbraio 2022.
La Società precisa, pertanto, che la conference call con la comunità finanziaria prevista per il 24 febbraio 2022 viene posticipata al 16 marzo 2022.

Saipem: amendment to the financial calendar 2022
San Donato Milanese (Italy), 15 February 2022 – With reference to the financial calendar published on 17 January 2022, following the press release issued by the Company on 31 January 2022 and subsequent to the corporate reorganization on 4 February 2022, the Company informs that it is engaged in the review of the Strategic Plan 2022-2025, presented on 28 October 2021. The updated Strategic Plan will be submitted for approval to the Board at the meeting of 15 March 2022, when the Board will also be called to approve the 2021 consolidated and statutory financial statements and the financing package.
On 23 February 2022, the Board of Directors will be called to approve preliminary consolidated data for 2021 adjusted, specifically revenues, EBITDA, EBIT, and net financial position together with the guidelines for the review of the Strategic Plan 2022-2025. The Company will issue a press release on 24 February 2022.
The conference call with the financial community originally scheduled for 24 February 2022 will be held on 16 March 2022.
