Mondo TV: intesa preliminare per la prima vendita a Ceska TV con Monster Loving Maniacs

La nuova serie, coprodotta da Mondo TV con Ja Films e Toon2Tango e con Super RTL quale commissioning broadcaster, apre le porte alla principale emittente televisiva della Repubblica Ceca

17 febbraio 2022 – Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica di aver raggiunto un'intesa preliminare con Ceska TV, nuovo cliente per il gruppo Mondo TV, per la licenza nella Repubblica Ceca di Monster Loving Maniacs, la serie coprodotta da Mondo TV con Ja Films e Toon2Tango (cfr. comunicato stampa in data 5 novembre 2020) e che vede anche la partecipazione di Super RTL come "commissioning broadcaster" grazie a Toon2Tango.

In base all'intesa, la licenza avrà ad oggetto i diritti Free TV e catch-up in lingua ceca per 4 anni a partire dal 1 gennaio 2023.

L'intesa prevede il pagamento di un corrispettivo fisso di licenza, interessante ancorché non significativo, ma soprattutto consente di allacciare rapporti di business con la principale emittente televisiva della Repubblica Ceca, offrendo nuove opportunità per il futuro.

Mondo TV: Monster Loving Maniacs brings to Mondo TV its first preliminary understanding with Ceska TV

The new series, co-produced by Mondo TV with Ja Films and Toon2Tango with Super RTL as commissioning broadcaster, opens the door to the main television broadcaster in the Czech Republic

17 February 2022 - Mondo TV S.p.A. announced that it has reached a preliminary understanding with Ceska TV, a new customer for the Mondo TV group, for the license in the Czech Republic of Monster Loving Maniacs, the series co-produced by Mondo TV with Ja Films and Toon2Tango (see press release dated 5 November 2020) and which includes also the participation of Super RTL as commissioning broadcaster thanks to Toon2Tango.

Based on the preliminary understanding, the license will cover Free TV and catch-up rights in Czech language for 4 years starting from January 1, 2023.

The understanding provides for the payment of a fixed license fee, interesting although not significant, but above all it allows for the establishment of business relationships with the main television broadcaster in the Czech Republic, offering new opportunities for the future.
