KME ELECTS TO PARTIALLY REDEEM ITS € 300 MILLION SENIOR SECURED NOTES DUE 2023
Milan, 22nd February 2022 ‐ Intek Group SpA, an investment company listed at the Milan Stock Exchange, informs that today its controlled company KME SE ("KME") has elected to proceed to a conditional partial redemption of its € 300 million senior secured notes due 2023 to be executed in three tranches with value date 4th March 2022, 31st March 2022 and 22nd April 2022 for a total amount of € 190 million.
