Mondo TV: Ludattica rinnova ed allarga ad altre categorie di giochi educational il proprio impegno sul Gruffalò

Prosegue il buon riscontro in Italia della property in distribuzione da parte di Mondo TV

1 marzo 2022 – Mondo TV comunica che Educational S.r.l., società italiana leader che da più di quarant'anni svolge attività di ricerca e formazione sulle strategie di apprendimento dei bambini e che sotto il brand Ludattica fa del gioco il più importante motore di apprendimento, ha rinnovato la propria licenza (cfr. Comunicato Stampa in data 13 ottobre 2020) per il territorio di Italia, San Marino, Città del Vaticano e Canton Ticino, per lo sfruttamento dei diritti di licensing e merchandising della property Il Gruffalò per la produzione e il commercio di alcune tipologie di giochi educativi allargandola ad altre categorie di prodotti.

Il rinnovo prevede lo sfruttamento del brand per due ulteriori anni fino a fine 2024; l'accordo prevede il pagamento di un minimo garantito, in sé non particolarmente significativo, e di royalties da parte della licenziataria a favore di Mondo TV per le vendite eccedenti l'importo del minimo garantito.

Il rinnovo con contestuale ampliamento delle categorie di prodotto conferma il buon andamento della property Il Gruffalò, distribuita dalla Mondo TV, nel mercato del licensing e merchandising.

Mondo TV: Ludattica renews and extends its commitment to Gruffalò to other categories of educational games

The good response in Italy of the property being distributed by Mondo TV continues

1 March 2022 – Mondo TV announces that Educational Srl, a leading Italian company that has been carrying out research and training on children's learning strategies for more than forty years and that, under the Ludattica brand, makes of games the most important learning engine, has renewed its license (see Press Release dated 13 October 2020) for the territory of Italy, San Marino, Vatican City and Canton Ticino, for the exploitation of the licensing and merchandising rights of the property Il Gruffalò. The new agreement also extends the license to other product categories.

The renewal provides for the exploitation of the brand for two further years until the end of 2024; the agreement provides for the payment of a guaranteed minimum, in itself not particularly significant, and royalties by the licensee in favor of Mondo TV for sales exceeding the amount of the guaranteed minimum.

The renewal with simultaneous extension to other product categories confirms the good performance of the property Il Gruffalò, distributed by Mondo TV, in the licensing and merchandising market.
