San Donato Milanese (Mi), 11 marzo 2022 - Saipem S.p.A. informa che, con riguardo alla revisione del piano strategico 2022-2025 e alla definizione della relativa manovra di supporto finanziario e patrimoniale, Eni S.p.A. e CDP Industria S.p.A. hanno oggi comunicato a Saipem che stanno concludendo le attività istruttorie in vista dei rispettivi Consigli di Amministrazione il cui svolgimento è previsto entro la data del 23 marzo 2022.
Proseguono altresì in modo costruttivo le interlocuzioni con le istituzioni finanziarie funzionali alla definizione della manovra.
Allo scopo di consentire il completamento del processo deliberativo di Eni S.p.A. e CDP Industria S.p.A., la riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione di Saipem programmata per il prossimo 15 marzo e avente a oggetto l'approvazione del piano strategico, della correlata manovra di supporto finanziario e patrimoniale nonché del bilancio consolidato e del progetto di bilancio civilistico al 31 dicembre 2021, viene posticipata al 24 marzo 2022.
La presentazione al mercato è conseguentemente aggiornata al 25 marzo 2022.

San Donato Milanese (Italy), 11 March 2022 – Saipem S.p.A. informs that, with reference to the updated 2022-2025 strategic plan and the definition of the related financing package and capital structure strengthening, today Eni S.p.A. and CDP Industria S.p.A. informed Saipem that they are completing their preparatory work in view of the meetings of their respective Board of Directors which are expected to be held by March 23, 2022.
Discussions aimed at defining the financing package also continue in a constructive way with the banks.
In order to allow the completion of the deliberative process of Eni S.p.A. and CDP Industria S.p.A., the meeting of the Board of Directors of Saipem, scheduled for March 15, 2022, and called to examine for approval the updated 2022-2025 strategic plan, the related financing package and capital structure strengthening, the consolidated financial statements and the draft statutory financial statements for 2021, is postponed to March 24, 2022.
Consequently, the presentation to the market is now scheduled for March 25, 2022.
