Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 7 March – 11 March 2022

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 14 March 2022

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 07 March and 11 March 2022 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20April 2021 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 2,700 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.008% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.8729 per share, for a total of Euro 5,056.70.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 07 March and 11 March 2022 are enclosed.
