B&C Speakers S.p.A.: Corporate Events Calendar 2022

Pursuant to article 2.6.2 of the Rules of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., we disclose an update of the annual calendar of Corporate Events for B&C Speakers S.p.A. for the year 2022 (each event is already scheduled at 11.00 a.m.- Florence). It has been changed only the date of the Board of Directors for the Approval of 2021 Financial Statements. Future changes will be promptly communicated to the market.

B&C Speakers S.p.A. is an international leader in the design, production, distribution and marketing of professional electro-acoustic transducers (the main components in acoustic speakers for music, commonly referred to as loudspeakers), supplied mainly to professional audio-system manufacturers (OEM).
