MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC DOCUMENTATION CONCERNING SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Milan, 18 March 2022 – Please note that the following were made available to the public today at the registered office and on the Company's website www.openjobmetis.it ("Corporate Governance, Shareholders' Meeting" section, https://investitori.openjobmetis.it/it/corporategovernance/assemblea-degli-azionisti):

• the notice of call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Openjobmetis S.p.A., convened for 19 April 2022 at 09.00 a.m., in one call, at Company's Office, 20161 Milan, Via Assietta No. 19;
• the Explanatory reports on the items on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting pursuant to articles 114-bis e 125-ter of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998;
• the Information Document related to the proposal to approve a 2022-2024 Performance Shares Plan;
• the proxy forms that the subjects entitled to participate in Shareholders' Meeting are obliged to use for participation and voting through the Designated Representative;
• information on the share capital and voting rights.

An extract of the notice of call is published, according to the law and the articles of association, in the daily newspaper "Il Giornale", as well as on the Company's website www.openjobmetis.it ("Governance/Shareholders' Meeting" section).

The Explanatory reports on the items on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting pursuant to articles 114-bis and 125-ter of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 and the Information Document related to the proposal to approve a 2022-2024 Performance Shares Plan are also available at the authorised storage mechanism eMarket-STORAGE available on the web site – managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A.
