PHARMANUTRA S.P.A.: FILING OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Pisa, 28 th March 2022 – PharmaNutra S.p.A. announces that the Directors' Reports on items 1 and 2 of the Shareholders' Meeting agenda are available in the registered office in Pisa, via delle Lenze 216/b, on the Company website www.pharmanutra.it in the section "Governance / Shareholders' Meeting", and in the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" on the website .
With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting for approval of the financial statements as at 31.12.2021, called for 27 th April 2022 solely by remote communication means, please note that in order to vote Spafid S.p.A. has been appointed as Designated Representative. Delegation methods and forms can be found on the Company website in the section "Governance / Shareholders' Meeting".
