Disclosure regarding the buyback of shares

Milan, 28 March 2022 – Following the announcement made on 15 March 2022 concerning the launch of the treasury shares' buyback plan based on the authorization granted by the Shareholders' Meeting on 30 April 2021, and approved by the Board of Directors on 11 March 2022, CIR S.p.A. announces that between 21 and 25 March 2022 it bought back, on the Euronext Milan market, 1,563,838 shares at an average unitary price of € 0.4081, for a total amount of € 638,223.26.

Below is the breakdown of the transactions made on a daily basis, based on the information provided by the intermediary appointed to carry out the buyback, Equita SIM S.p.A..
