PUBBLICATION OF THE 2021 ANNUAL REPORT AND DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF THE 28 APRIL 2022
Rome, 31 March 2022 - Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") informs that the Annual Report, including the Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2021, the draft of the Financial Statements of the Company as of December 31, 2021, the Management Report, the certifications pursuant to art. 154-bis, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree no. 58 of February 24, 1998 ("TUF") as well as the Reports prepared by the Independent Auditors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, are available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website www.avio.com (Section "Shareholders' Meeting, Shareholders' Meeting 2022") and on the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().
In addition, the Consolidated Non-Financial Statement as of December 31, 2021 prepared pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 254 of December 30, 2016; the Corporate Governance Report prepared pursuant to art. 123-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance; the Remuneration Report prepared pursuant to art. 123-ter of the Consolidated Law on Finance are also available to the public in the same manner.
The financial statements and/or summary statements of the subsidiaries and associated companies pursuant to art. 2429, paragraphs 3 and 4, of the Italian Civil Code, as well as the financial statements of the relevant non-EU subsidiaries prepared pursuant to art. 15 of the Consob "Market Regulation" no. 20249/2017 will be made available to the public in the manner and within the time limits set out by current legislation.
