NOTICE OF FILING OF A PROPOSAL OF CANDIDATURE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR

Milan, 04 April 2022 – With reference to the Sharehorders' Meeting of Openjobmetis S.p.A. – Agenzia per il Lavoro, called on 19 April 2022 at 09:00 a.m., in a single call, at Company's Office, 20161 Milan, Via Assietta no. 19, please note that on 01 April 2022 the Company received by a group of Investors – collectively holders of no. 1,917,840 ordinary shares, representing 13.98658% of the share capital – a proposal of candidature for the appointment of a member of the Board of Directors relating to the fourth item on the agenda ("4. Appointment of a member of the Board of Directors following co-optation pursuant to Article 2386, first paragraph, of the Italian Civil Code, and Article 15.16 of the Articles of Association following the resignation of Director Gabriella Porcelli; related and ensuing resolutions").

The proposal of candidature is made available at the Company's registered office and on the website www.openjobmetis.it ("Corporate Governance, Shareholders' Meeting" section, https://investitori.openjobmetis.it/it/corporate-governance/assemblea-degli-azionisti), as well as at the authorised storage mechanism eMarket-STORAGE available on the website managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A.
