ASCOPIAVE S.p.A.: Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting – Deposit Notice of the Board of Directors' Reports relating to points 2 and 3 of the agenda

It is herein notified that the Board of Directors' Reports pursuant to Article 125-ter, Legislative Decree n. 58 dated 24th February 1998, subsequently amended and integrated, relating to point 2 of the agenda (remuneration policy and the fees disbursed) and point 3 of the agenda (authorisation to purchase and the disposal of treasury stock, upon the cancellation of the previous authorisation, as resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 29th April 2021, regarding the non-executed portion) of the ordinary section, are available to the public, in accordance with the regulations governing the subject, at the company headquarters, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it), on the authorised platform "eMarket Storage" () managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A., and on the Company's website (www.gruppoascopiave.it) in the area dedicated to the Shareholders' Meeting.

The Group owns concessions and direct assignments for the management of activities in 306 towns, supplying services of about 890,000 inhabitants, through a network of about 14,500 kilometres. Ascopiave is also a partner of the Hera Group in the sale of gas and electricity, through a 48% stake in Est Energy, a leading operator in the field holding a portfolio of over 1 million sales contracts to end users, mainly in Veneto, Friuli Venezia-Giulia and Lombardy regions.
