CLARIFICATION ON THE DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

With reference to the dividend distribution proposal approved by the Board of Directors of B&C Speakers S.p.A. on March 21st 2022 and which will be submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for April 29th 2022, in single call, it is specified that, differently from what announced, the ex-dividend date will be on May 9th 2022, with record date on May 10th 2022 and payment date on 11 May 2022.
