RELATECH: NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS

Milan, 12th April 2022

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (DESK) Company and innovative SME and innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), with reference to the Shareholders' Meeting Relatech S.p.A. ("Relatech" or the "Company") called, in ordinary session, on April 28, 2022, at 9.30 a.m., on first call, and if necessary on April 29, 2022, at the same time, on second call, makes note that the follow documents are available to the public on the Company's website (www.relatech.com), in the "Investor Relations - Corporate Documents" section and on the "Corporate Documents" section of the Borsa Italiana website:

• the notice of convocation of the ordinary shareholders' meeting, in first and second call, published in excerpt on Gazzetta Ufficiale today;
• the explanatory report of the Board of Directors of the Company on the items on the agenda of the aforementioned Shareholders' Meeting;
• the form for granting the proxy to the Designated Representative pursuant to art. 135 undecies of Legislative Decree 58/1998;
• the form for granting the proxy/sub-delegation to the Designated Representative appointed exclusively pursuant to art. 135-novies, of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998.

The additional documentation relating to the Assembly will be made available to the public in the manner and within the terms provided for by current laws and regulations.
